      You were able to implement local programs without corporate

      Cons

      Corporate hr support was lacking and you continuously would receive different answers from different people, they were out of touch with their businesses and had lots of turnover.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
