      Large enough of a company that you can hide under the radar for years

      Cons

      Glass ceiling if you're not British or related to senior leadership. All IT leaders are extremely political and terrified of making decisions.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
