      Decent pay, weekends off. Hours are good also.

      Cons

      Upper management is unaware of what happens at the account level. Makes cuts in quality and the chefs and line servers suffer.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
