Pros
Good pay & benefits. I like how I can call higher ups by first name and not titles. Good open door policy & trusting work relationship with my DM & RVP. Prove yourself and you will go far. Get to know your DM, RVP, and RP, they're there to help and like to do it.
Cons
Managers need better on-board training. Other companies put their new managers through a 40 hour classroom hands on training seminars, but with Compass you're basically thrown to the wolves per se after a few hours of basic overviews. Sometimes work interfers with personal life, but not often.
