Pros
For the most part, a solid company with plenty of growth opportunity. A good environment that provides a lot of mobility if you wish to work in within various departments.
Cons
The field accounting department recently re-structured which was rocky. It felt rushed and started out with a lot of communication and asking for input, but that stopped and management took over and did their own thing. Didn't bother asking those it effected most.
