Pros
Excellent salary and benefits.There were opportunities to travel to different campuses and troubleshoot any problems they were having. Training Subordinates.
Cons
Long hours, a lot of hands on, inexperienced staff. Inventory process was all consuming not allowing time to work with staff and properly manage food preparation and services. Patient to Physician' s preparation of food for Executive and Physician staff took precedence over patient and retail food preparation. You could work 24 hours a day and still feel as if you had not had a productive day.
