I worked in the Chartwells area, the coportate intranet with tons of program information was helpful to get information needed to implement meal plans, events, promotions on campus. Good benifits
Cons
Long hours, upper management have an old school attitude where they treat the back of the house staff as second citizens. i witnessed people being treated badly and disrespectfully. being part of the management i felt helpless at times because the culture that and i couldnt change it. therefore i left for a better work environment. If you love the food industry this is the company for you though, biggest food provider in the world, but oh it is gritty and mean.
