Pros
Compass has a lot of positions all over the country so it's easy to transfer if you want to relocate. They usually offer a free meal during your shift if you're employed under one of their food service companies.
Cons
Working for a company as big as compass, as an hourly employee, definitely makes you feel somewhat irrelevant. I felt valued by my immediate supervisors and managers, but beyond that, I never felt important to anyone hire up then them.
