      Pros

      Easy work. Set hours. Hours are around school schedule if you have kids. Uniforms provided. Insurance is good. Friendly staff.

      Cons

      The area and district mangers were fine but the direct kitchen managers weren't so good. I would get in trouble for no reason. One manager lied continuously about my actions and complained about me. The other manager at a different school was nice to me but mean to certain people. I mean nasty mean. On the other hand, some of them were really sweet and forgiving.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
