      If you can buy into the culture completely, you can go very far. They have a great vision, and priorities are focused on the client. If you live this, you will excel.

      Cons

      So many people trying to climb the ladder, the message can get muffled. It is competitive to a fault.

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
