      Compass Group is an industry leader so you will always have opportunities to work.

      Cons

      Compass Group is cut throat. They could care less about their employees outside of work. It’s a what have you don’t for me lately, work you until you drop type of environment.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
