      Pros

      Free drinks when you work, also get a cheap tumbler when you start. Pay is above minimum wage. Get good experience with customer service.

      Cons

      No structure. Rules are like plastic, they can be broken by some and seen thru by others. No room for advancement. No one who truly cares about the well being of the workers. The training is terrible. I could go on for days.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
