      Pros

      Networking with hospital staff and working with Patients. Also the rotating shifts.

      Cons

      Poor management that doesn't care about employees under them. Working in a poor morale. High turnover from people quitting. No paid holidays or pto.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
