      You get half days once a week, good coworker relationship,

      Cons

      Never can keep employee and needs to go away with 12hr shifts then maybe they can keep people

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
