As an executive chef, there was lots of support from management to feel accomplished. They have great software to develop recipes as well as lots of learning programs to develop your skills with all aspects of Compass. There were great programs for recognizing hourly employees. They are committed to making a difference in the environment.
Cons
Clear communication between upper management and individual accounts could be further developed as a development tool for both salary and hourly employees.
