      Compensation, colleagues, opportunities in different sectors

      Cons

      Leadership, upper management, sexual harassment, bullying, HR (they gossip and do not keep information confidential), lack of diversity (they claim to be diverse but that is because all of their diversity comes from their hourly positions, upper level management is majority white, exec board is all white and majority male).

      felxible schedule, good pay, easy job. just set up event, make sure to restock buffets, buss tables, and takedown event.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
