      Only good thing I can say is that "The campus where I work is awesome and the people are great" but when it comes to the company, just horrible.

      Cons

      Work life balance, what a joke.. 60 hours a week and made to feel you need to give more..

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
