      Pros

      Work from home so there is a lot of freedom with the schedule. You are essentially your own boss, which of course has its benefits. Competitive salary, company vehicle/phone/laptop. Gas card and corporate card.

      Cons

      Essentially zero training. They give you a number to hit and that is it.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
