      Half the people you work with are great.

      Cons

      Management is a joke. Either incompetent, delusional or just plain biggotry. I don't know what's worse when they put a 21 year old never had a job in charge or they put the women together who have had multiple other jobs together. Covering for each others racist BS.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
