      Pros

      They actually care about their employees. Excellent work/life balance. I could not be happier working at Compass Group, so much that I've been with them for over 10 years now.

      Cons

      There are always gripes about employers, but most are relatively minor and insignificant in the grand scheme of things.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
