Company of bullies - Anonymous employee Compass Group USA Employee Review

The management (not all but where I am) are bullies. They go out of their way to find fault, say they are they to help, but when you reach out its received with annoyance and anger. I have had a long career, and this is the first time in my life that I have experienced this sort of toxic work environment. I have seen it done to my team, other employees. I have heard former employees speak of the abuse. there seems to be a belief that employees do not need to be happy they just need to their job.
