      Pay is decent, exposure to many skillsets, several opportunities for job-hopping across departments.

      Cons

      Long hours. Worst of all is the highly politically correct, progressive culture. It's a minefield for S.W.M.s

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
