Will not promote from the inside, fails to promote those with seniority, does not provide any training to hep current associates promote. They laid off more senior people during this covid19 incident and also a disproportionate number of minorities. The Company has turned the culture in to a joke and promotes or brings in people they like despite lack of experience. Forbes lists them as a diverse employer, but in terms of ranks, they just have women at higher positions. There is no actual diversity in management positions. During COVID 19 they cut associate salaries by 40% but the CEO who makes millions didn't receive that big of a cut.
