Pros
It's a M-F day job, which is rare in the service industry.
Cons
They can't attract or retain qualified staff, so be prepared to be hired for one job and then shunted to another, with little to no training, but they'll tell you it's a "career opportunity". Management has big ideas with absolute no idea how to implement them. Be prepared to work long hours, often off the clock, for poor pay. Communication between departments is abysmal. Multiple projects have been cancelled due to lack of staff.
