      Fast paced, good experience. Cutting edge technology wise. Always plenty of work to do to keep you busy and engaged.

      Cons

      Limited growth opportunities for financial jobs. Way too focused on hitting there diversity numbers. Very cheap salary wise.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
