      You will get really long from 8-15 each day Friendly co worker everybody works to together to get the task done

      Cons

      Long hours spawn 3-5days of 8-15hours So go to wake up to go work come back home to work with in 4 hours very taxing on your body working on 4 hours sleep management really don't give you a heads up on anything had to ask co workers to know what is going

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
