      Pros

      Great training program, decent benefits, friendly work environment. Pay is OK, but when you consider long hours during close, it falls below the market.

      Cons

      Assembly line feel in accounting department, long hours working during close making entries that could have been done the next morning. Huge turnover because of that.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
