      Pay for salaried employees can be decent

      Cons

      Management is there to collect their paycheck. Not enough care is put into taking care of the facilities and standards are super low or non existent. Home of the underachievers. If you care about consistency in management and quality of food, work elsewhere. Toxic workplace and it’s rare to find someone in lower/mid level positions who stay longer than a year.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      Cons

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
