Pros
Good company to work for depending on the department. FoodBuy and Human Resources are two good areas that I recommend.
Cons
Corp Payroll department needs some work. Leadership is lacking vision and there is no upward mobility. Management team is very passive aggressive. No one says what the really want to say and they always keep you guessing. There is also a lot of favoritism shown by management to certain individuals. Process and procedures are out dated.
