      Pros

      There is a great deal of flexibility and growth for opportunities within the organization. You'll also find a resourceful and extremely helpful team of peers.

      Cons

      There is a tremendous amount of travel involved. There is an uneven work/life balance. You definitely will not be working a standard 9 -5 schedule. The job is extremely demanding. There is a tremendous volume of work. Plus there are constant organizational changes that take place often.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
