      Benefits, rotating weekends off, hours

      Cons

      Upper management offers no support but expects results, short staffed everyday, distribution of work between management is a joke. Vacation time is a joke you can never use your time off!

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
