Pros

The only benefit is the schedule. Mon-Fri. Oh, and in todays economic climate, "Be happy to have a job."

Cons

No growth opportunity. I have applied for more than 50 positions and have not had one interview. Incurred drastic paycut (better than 30%) with promise of ample opportunities. Current pay equal to entry level for a seasoned professional with 20+yrs experience and college degree. Human Resources are not available for the benefit of the employee but really to give the company a heads up to potential problems. Open door policy is a sham. Corporate must have one basic requirement for management personnel. In order to be in a power position you must be willing and able to disregard all employees skills and accomplishments. Bullies are a plus. Recognition shall not be allowed. One would think that a company of its caliper would truely appreciate good quality professionals and treat them as such in order to retain them, but quite the opposite, everyone is replaceable. We are all a dime a dozen. As soon as something else comes my way I'm out of here. It is just a job. If you want a career seek employment elsewhere. Good Luck. Read others reviews. Cons are the same. I wish I knew of Glassdoor years ago.

Pros

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

Cons

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
