      Pros

      Compass Group really has a lot of great people who work together to deliver results in spite of being such a huge company.

      Cons

      Obviously it's a challenge for any company of this size to find the right balance between too much information and not enough communication. It's a struggle.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
