Pros
Compass Group is a great food service company. They offer great benefits and pay especially when compared to other aspects of the culinary industry. They do offer some other cool company perks as well. It really depends on the account you work for as well.
Cons
Corporate can be pushy when it comes to implementing new programs that they see as a value but you as a direct employee of the account see as absolutely worthless and know that the resources would be better spent in other ways. Spending of client money to go to what seem to be pretty worthless meetings. We are in a recession and we are supposed to be saving money for our clients, if corporate has something to say they should find alternative ways such as the webinars to get the point across.
