Pros

Relationship based culture will appeal to people who understand and can navigate office politics. Lots of growth and countless new initiatives mean opportunities for advancing. Many long tenured associates, some with 20+ years.

Cons

Corporate office in Charlotte has many clicks, and new employees may feel like they've entered high school halfway through a school year. In some teams, hiring decisions are based on candidate friendliness rather than credentials. On boarding processes are team based and vary widely. Some have extensive on boarding processes while others hand new hires an org chart and instructions to introduce yourself. New mid-senior people should ask about what to expect and manage accordingly.

Cons

it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

Cons

High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
