      Stable place to work, good people and a friendly environment to work in. Good food benefit and ok 401k matching program

      Cons

      low pay, nobody really cares about lower level employees, seems most management is middle of the road so they don't get their heads on the chopping block

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
