      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Good for a stable income, good employee benefits, very large company

      You are required to do a lot of additional trainings and work just for compliance points that do not actually apply to your job, redundent busy work
