      Decent pay. Unlimited PTO is nice.

      Cons

      Only chance for promotion if you're liked by who promotes you. No chance if not. Have to support new account openings and could be away in another state for 2 weeks working every single day.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
