      Good pay, PTO, health care, and 401K

      Cons

      You have to commute to the Airport and park off-site. The attendance policy is one of the strictest I have seen. Its unionized bringing with it the lackadaisical attitude that comes with it.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
