      Team environment, Beginner friendly, People who work their are good

      Cons

      Used to be a good management, but not now. They either try to overwork you or remove your hours from the schedule if you aren't available when they want you there. It was good before but now I wouldn't recommend it.

      Unlimited pto, great colleagues, and good work life balance.

      it really depends on your manager. The 401(k) is lacking.

      Pros

      Hybrid Schedule. Free food and drinks in office.

      Cons

      High performers expected to make up for low performers. Pay is below market. Cliquey environment. Bottlenecked at close with extremely long hours. Internally promotes because they would not attract external talent at their compensation package. Management doesn't address employee concerns.
