      Pros

      I like the flexibility in some of the departments.

      Cons

      I am not a fan of the union because it supports workers that are not the best employees and when you work alongside them and you know you are doing your best its seems unfair that we all get the same benefits.

      The work when I had it was amazing, I really appreciated it for what it gave me.

      Cons

      Unfortunately, with the change in management came zero transparency and rules for thee, not for me. It's led to really weird decisions.
