      Pros

      Very focused on the patients. Great management and amazing work culture.

      Cons

      Pay could be better. Have a ton of competition with distributors and with manufacturers. Have to rely on nurses filling out prescriptions. No immediate sales.

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
