      Consistent schedule, good coworkers, work from home, very easy work, decent amount of pto

      Cons

      no freedom at all during the day, inflexible schedule, indirect selling, lots of customer service work, uninterested upper management, low employee morale, low pay, accrued pto, must be at desk at all times during working hours

      Pros

      Coloplast mostly seems to care about it's employees. Pay is competitive, and I don't think they'll ever go full RTO.

      Cons

      Little opportunity for internal advancement if you're not willing to move.
