They always try to stay 2 steps ahead of the game and help make their agents feel prepared for what's to come which is important in today's climate.
Cons
To get on their list for referrals is not easy. They favor their high producers and those are the ones that are typically getting the consistent referrals unless you're on a team that is willing to help provide those for you.
