Pros
Not the most high pressure job ever. You can usually leave work at work.
Cons
Antiquated management style, low pay, low appreciation. Management often takes the opinions and needs of staff for granted. COVID has proved that they’re willing to put staff in harm’s way to stroke an agent’s ego. Despite that nearly all staff can do all work 90% remotely, we’ve been called back in to work full time because agents “like it” and no other reason. They’ve demonstrated that they care neither about the moral nor safety for their staff. Frankly, we’re not paid enough, given enough growth opportunities, or have good enough benefits to care this much.
