Pros
Pays OK, not according to responsibilities though. Training can be quite complete when working for client projects. Access to code learning platforms(Plural Sight, Code Academy...)
Cons
Low-level Temp agency/Call-center culture. Micromanagement and mediocre leaders make employees to quit. Headcount and delivery is always priority no matter the employee's skill. Outstanding operational employees are never promoted. Managers threaten subordinates with bad feedback before switching between projects.
