Pros

Get to work on different client projects Okay-ish work-life balance (really depends on the project) Good insurance (now downgraded but still good) Competitive base salary

Cons

Performance Bonus is very low(even for highly rated employees) No 13th Month salary or AWS If you didn't network enough in cognizant, very hard to progress or get a promotion/good projects since most of the time you will be working on the client side
