Pros

I'll regret some of my colleagues.

Cons

Let's start with recruitment: - no details on the position - calls from India - once the offer has been sent to you, prepare receiving 15 emails a day for weeks, have a thousand different papers to print, sign, scan and send back within tight deadlines (if you don't own a printer, well, good luck) - incompetent background check sub-contractor - less than clear information about your starting date, where you should be, and who is your point of contact (guess what, there is none) First week: - no clear working station assigned - internal platform to process timesheet, do trainings, admin & so on - not working for WEEKS - exceptionally little training about your actual tasks - inexisting HR - HR will actually lose some of the papers they collect from you The job itself: - idiotic but that was to be expected so no surprise here - inadequate tools: for a company specialized in "digitalization", well, have fun with the 300 spreasheets you'll work on - time checkers everywhere - constant changes of location within the building AND to other buildings at the other side of the city Money & career - no negotiation at the end of your trial period - advancement is NOT based on performance at all - you cannot apply for another position before at least 9 months (and for most it's actually 18 months) - the only way you are getting a raise is when you change position. You will get the mighty advancement of 5% - overtime is not approved depending on projects - they may change you to night shift not because of business needs but because they lack space and need people to use the working stations during the day Others: - no transparency at all, nothing will be communicated, you will learn that you changed projects from someone from your team, but nothing is official - all departments work with India. Needless to say it's a disaster. - they will literally make money on your back - huge corporation with unadapted trainings, absolutely no culture -- I had outstanding stats, involvement in several projects, and I decided to leave anyway.

Pros

* They train new grads, so you get a lot of valuable training * Depending on the projects, it has the potential to have a good life balance *Hybrid and Remote opportunity Will recommend to get your foot in the door

Cons

* Pay is not very competitive. Needs improvement * Depending on some client projects, the work-life balance can also be very bad * The culture is horrible, the outlook and appearance of the company is so different than what is on the ground—cutthroat culture, pushing culture. * Sometimes it enables a rude and disrespectful culture * Career growth is very minimal * tend to hire lots of indians, and an indian dominated culture/circle can make a non indian feel left out
