      Pros

      US Green Card processing. The only reason attrition rate is less in the US for Cognizant is because most employees are on an L1 VISA.

      Cons

      Inherent 'am the boss' attitude of managers. Absolutely no reception to innovation from junior employees. Very poor pay.

      -nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

      Cons

      -the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
