      It was very interesting and promising headhunting, better salary, compensation package and the recruiting process was smooth

      Cons

      The day I started my lead was on leave due to burnout... and ofc it became pretty obvious why.

      -nice place to start -good benefits -flexible with projects and managers

      Cons

      -the couching is not very good -demanding trainings as all the other consultancies -doesn't feel like you are working for cognizant, it feels like you are an external in another company being paid by cognizant
